A seed-funded startup based in Boston aiming to create a secure telemedicine platform to connect patients with specialist doctors for virtual consultations. As a non-technical founding team, they needed a technology partner to take their vision and build a secure, compliant, and scalable Minimum Viable Product (MVP) from the ground up.
The client had a brilliant idea but lacked the in-house technical expertise to build it. They needed to develop a platform that was not only user-friendly but also met the stringent security and privacy requirements of the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA).

We assigned a "Healthcare Interoperability Pod" under our Managed Project model. The team consisted of a Project Manager, a Full-Stack JavaScript Developer, a UI/UX Designer, and a Cloud Security Expert.
Our security expert designed a HIPAA-compliant infrastructure on AWS, leveraging services like encrypted RDS and S3, and ensuring a signed Business Associate Addendum (BAA) with AWS.
