Global Logistics Inc. is a major EU-based logistics firm managing a diverse fleet of 800 vehicles, from sedans to light trucks. Maintaining fleet cleanliness was a contractual obligation with many of their clients, but their process was manual, inefficient, and difficult to track. They relied on individual drivers expensing washes at various vendors, leading to inconsistent quality, high costs, and an administrative nightmare.
Global Logistics needed a centralized system to schedule, track, and pay for car washes across their entire fleet. They needed a solution that could handle complex invoicing, provide detailed reporting for auditing purposes, and integrate with their existing fleet management software.

We assembled an Enterprise POD focused on security and system integration. The team included a DevSecOps engineer, a backend architect with deep experience in legacy system integration, a frontend developer for the admin portal, and a dedicated QA lead.
We built a role-based web application as the central hub. Fleet managers could assign wash credits, schedule bulk services, view service history per vehicle, and approve invoices.
A lightweight progressive web app (PWA) was created for drivers. It allowed them to find approved wash partners, redeem digital wash vouchers, and upload photo proof of service.
