"Horizon Hotels" is a premier hotel group with over 80 properties across North America and Europe, falling into our Enterprise tier with over $500M in annual revenue. They faced stiff competition from Online Travel Agencies (OTAs) and a fragmented guest experience due to disparate property management systems (PMS) across their portfolio.
Horizon's existing loyalty program was outdated, difficult to use, and failed to provide a seamless experience for guests traveling between different hotel locations. This fragmentation was driving guests to book through OTAs, eroding margins and severing the direct customer relationship.
We deployed a multi-POD engagement model, leveraging our Java Microservices Pod, a dedicated DevSecOps Automation Pod, and our Native iOS/Android Excellence Pods.
We architected a robust, cloud-based loyalty hub on Microsoft Azure that acted as the central "source of truth," communicating with all property PMS via a custom-built API gateway.
Guests could now see all past and future stays, manage preferences, and redeem points seamlessly across the entire brand portfolio from a single app interface.
