We have created a list of requirements to ensure your mobile application is published to the right store.

Google Play Store

Google Play is still the most popular platform for the Hire Android Developers Team, but there are other options.

These steps will help you publish your app and allow Android users to use it on their phones and tablets.

Step 1: Create a Google Developer Account

Create a Google Developer Account. After registering, a $25 one-time fee is required. You can then publish your applications to the Google Developer Store.

Step 2: Include Your Apps Description

Please submit a title and description for your application. Your moniker ought to be distinctive and sum up your application.

Limit word count: Application name not to exceed 30 characters.

  1. Short description: No more than 80 characters
  2. Full description, not more than 4000 characters

Step 3: Upload Marketing Material

  2. Include 2-8 screenshots of your programme in the upload. Sizes vary from 320 to 3840 pixels, with a maximum aspect ratio of 2:1. Files without an alpha channel in JPG and 24-bit PNG. To capture beautiful screenshots directly from your computer, use the Clean Status Bar.
  3. Publish a featured image at 1024 x 500 pixels in JPEG or 24-bit PNG format (no alpha channel). To be listed on Google Play, this is necessary. It is the first thing people see when they go to the store page for your application.

Please upload additional screenshots if your app is accessible for tablets.

Step 4: Privacy Policy and General Information

  1. A maximum age can be specified. Fill out a survey about each programme by logging into the Google Play Developer integration console. Users or nations may block programs that do not adhere to the limitation.
  2. Add a privacy policy to describe how you deal with sensitive data from users and device management.

Step 5: Upload your Application

Your programme file should be uploaded as an ABB or APK (.abb). For your Android programme to function, you must have this file.

In August 2021, Google started switching to ABB. This file is more compact and downloads more quickly. Soon, ABB will take over as the preferred format from APK.

Step 6: Moderation

All you have to do is wait. If your mobile application development is approved, it will be accessible in the Google Play Market within a few days or hours.

  4. Broken Links: It can increase the chance of rejection if the links in your app arent working correctly.
  5. Poor Descriptions: Unsympathetic screenshots and descriptions that make it hard for users to comprehend what your app does, or promise unavailable functionality, will result in your application being rejected.
  6. Invalid Ads: Check if your app displays ads correctly across all devices.

  8. Poor Quality and Limited Features: Apps not suited to niche markets or offering insufficient functionality may be rejected.

Intune Allows You To Add Managed Google Play Apps On Android Enterprise Devices

Googles business app store is Managed by Google Play, which is the only source of Android Enterprise apps in Intune.

Any Android Enterprise scenario can use Intune to handle app deployments through Managed Google Play. This includes enrollments in individual, corporate, and fully-managed work profiles and work profiles held by individuals.

Adding Managed Google Play applications to Intune differs from the process for adding Android device apps for non-Android Enterprise scenarios. Apps for line-of-business, online, and store are brought to Managed Google Play. The Client Apps array then receives a synchronization of them.

Once in the Client Apps List, Managed Google Play apps can be assigned just like any other programme.

After establishing a connection between your Intune tenant and Managed Google Play, Intune will add four frequently used applications for Android Enterprise management to your Intune admin center.

As a result, setting up and using Android Enterprise administration is much simpler. The four applications are as follows:

  1. Microsoft Intune- is employed in scenarios involving completely managed Android Enterprise. When you sign up for a device, this app will immediately install on fully managed devices.
  2. Microsoft Authenticator- If two-factor authentication is used, it assists you in logging into your accounts. Enrolling the device will immediately install this app on completely managed devices.
  3. Intune Company Portal- This programme is used for App Protection Policies and Personal-Owned Work Profiles for Android Enterprise (APP). When a device is enrolled, this app will immediately install on completely managed devices.
  4. Managed Home Screen- This is employed in multi-app Android Enterprise terminal scenarios. The job of installing the app on specific devices used in multi-app kiosk situations should be given to IT administrators. Notification

When a user registers their Android Enterprise fully managed phone, the Intune Company Portal app will be downloaded and installed immediately.

If the user tries to open the Intune Company Portal app, it wont. Instead, the Company Portal icon will be removed, and the user will be returned to Microsoft Intune.

Before you Begin

  1. Connect Managed Google Play to your Intune renter. For more details, please refer to Connect your Intune renter to Managed Google Play.
  2. The Device registration portal must be set up to allow Intune and Android to function together. Find out more information on registering Android devices.

Only apps assigned to an app will be displayed in Managed Google Play Store for end app users. This is an essential step admins should take when setting up Managed Google Play apps.

Managed Google Play Apps Can Be Assigned To Android Enterprise Fully Managed Devices

Managed Google Play Apps Can Be Assigned To Android Enterprise Fully Managed Devices

Android Enterprise fully managed devices can be corporate-owned devices associated with one user. They are used only for work purposes and not personal.

Fully managed app users can access their company apps via the Managed Google Play App on their devices.

Employees must only install approved apps on an Android Enterprise device that the company entirely manages. Employees may not delete any apps that the company has not authorized.

If you want users to have complete Access to Google Play Store to install apps, you can change the Allow all apps in Google Play Store option to Allow. Thanks to this option, the user can access all apps in the Google Play store using their corporate account. Purchases are, however, constrained.

The buy restriction can be lifted by enabling users to open new accounts for the device. Customers can now acquire apps from the Google Play store and make in-app purchases using their accounts.

All completely managed devices will have the Company Portal, Microsoft Authenticator, and Microsoft Intune app installed during onboarding.

These applications are set up automatically to enable Conditional Access. The Microsoft Intune app allows users to monitor and fix compliance problems.

  3. Click on the Updates tab to check if any apps need an update.
  4. All listed apps need new permissions and cannot be assigned until they have been applied.
